These are some of the measures contained in the dl milleproroghe as redrawn by the maxi-amendment on which the government has placed and won the confidence in the Senate. 158 senators voted in favor, 166 against, 4 abstentions. The measure now goes to the House for second reading. Members will have time fino al 27 febbraio per la conversione definitiva.
Ecco le misure approvate dal Senato.
Abruzzo. Via libera al pacchetto di norme per i terremotati in Abruzzo. Tra le misure approvate c'e' la proroga della riscossione dei tributi al 31 dicembre 2011 e lo slittamento della riscossione delle rate dei premi assicurativi al 31 ottobre di quest'anno. Viene inoltre istituita la giornata della memoria delle vittime del terremoto, il giorno 6 aprile.
Alluvioni. Arrivano 100 milioni per il finanziamento delle spese derivanti dalle alluvioni, per ciascuno degli anni 2011 e 2012. Le risorse andranno alla Liguria (45 mln l'anno), al Veneto (30 mln l'anno), alla Campania (20 mln l'anno) e ai comuni della Messina (5 million a year), affected by the flooding of 2 October 2009.
